Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Brown Cow Cream
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
- 2 medium summer squash
Directions:
- Blend Brown Cow Cream and water well.
- Mix in nutmeg.
- Peel and dice squash into small bits.
- Add squash to liquid. Chill for two hours.
