  • I am so excited about this book! The recipes call for only a hand full of ingredients and they are all natural! So many low carb or gluten free recipes have soy flour in them, which I try to avoid. I have recommended this book to several of my friends and they are very excited as well. Happy cooking! :)

  • I have to maintain a gluten free diet, but the rest of my family does not. Many of the recipes in this cookbook are favorites of my children and my husband. The added bonus is that the recipes are nutritious, compared to some other gluten free products and cookbook recipes which unfortunately contain too much sugar and not enough fiber. • I bought this book and made some of the recipes in it and all turned out very bad. At first I thought it was because I am new to cooking with almond flour but I also bought two other mainly almond flour cookbooks at the same time and their recipes were actually pretty good. I made the cheese crackers in this book...the ones she says her friends say taste just like Goldfish Crackers...don't believe it for a minute. Mine went in the trash. The book has nice paper and the pictures are attractive but the food ...at least what I tried was bad, bad bad. I suggest you go to her website and try some of the recipes she has posted online before you decide to purchase the book. I personally wouldn't have the nerve to publish a book with recipes this bad and put my name on it.

  • I love this little book. The recipes are quick and easy to make. Plus they're delicious. I'm presently working with some of the recipes to decrease the amount of grape seed oil in order to lower the calories-from-fat in some of the desserts to which I have developed an addiction!
